Sessions: Monday 25 March 6.30pm - 8pm Wednesday 24 April 6.30pm - 8pm Celebrate the energy of the Full Moon with Chakradance. Chakradance is a movement therapy modality. It's a unique fusion of Jungian psychology, the chakras, dance, chakra resonant music, guided visualisation and mandala art. It is a practice where we heal chakra by chakra, dance by dance. You will be energetically supported in a healing environment.
