Session Dates: 5 March 7.30pm - 9pm 12 March 7.30pm - 9pm This is a taste of the healing experience that is Chakradance and are welcome to join the nine part series called Freedom. Chakradance is a movement therapy modality. It's a unique fusion of Jungian psychology, the chakras, dance, chakra resonant music, guided visualisation and mandala art. It is a practice where we heal chakra by chakra, dance by dance. You will be energetically supported in a healing environment.
